WE ARE

UNBOUND

EQUITY. DIVERSITY. BELONGING.

Dreaming inclusive futures rooted in equity, diversity, and belonging in the Fraser Valley.

We Are Unbound is a grassroots, community-based group dedicated to advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging for 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, with an intentional focus on the intersections of Indigenous, Black, and other racialized people (IBPOC) and disabled people.

Through education, advocacy, and community building, we work to dismantle societal barriers and reimagine inclusive futures where all people can thrive with dignity, safety, and autonomy.

Trans Day of Remembrance

CSD-Logo-Text-White.png

Hosted by SD33

We Are Unbound is honoured to partner with Chilliwack School District (SD33) for their 3rd annual Trans Day of Remembrance (TDOR) event. We’re grateful to stand alongside so many incredible organizations in support of this meaningful evening. Big love to Hummingbird Community Society, Chilliwack Healthier Community, Gender Support Network, Qmunity, and Out On Screen.

Each year, TDOR is a time to commemorate the lives of transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals lost to violence and systemic injustice. It’s also a call to action, to confront discrimination and build a more inclusive future for all.
